About Us
Lucia Cardoso is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) has been in the Canadian immigration field for over 50 years and successfully operating her own immigration consultancy business, Professional Services Co. in Toronto, since 1989. She is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a long-standing member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Lucia participated in the Criterion Referenced Test Development, Test Construction and Item Creation panel, was a member of various Angoff Groups in determining and establishing pass marks for the various immigration practitioner licensing exams and a member of the DACUM Panel which participated in defining the competencies and responsibilities required of an immigration consultant.

Lucia is originally from Portugal and has been a dedicated member of her community. Over the years, she’s been involved in many community organizations and leadership programs in the Toronto area. These include, but are not limited to Chairperson of Saturnia Non-Profit Housing Corporation, Board of Directors Vice President of the Labour Management Clinic for Immigrant Construction Workers, Board of Directors Chairperson of Portuguese-Canadian Immigration Humanitarian and Compassion Committee, Appointed member of the Ontario Advisory Council on Multiculturalism and Citizenship by the Premier's Office (Hon. David Peterson), Province of Ontario (1987 – 1992) and Nominated for the 1990 YWCA of Toronto’s Women of Distinction Award.

Lucia operates her immigration practice from Toronto, Canada applying specialized knowledge in the field of consulting with individual clients and corporate firms all over the world and evaluates and recommends a course of action and explains methods and procedures relating to the individual’s specific case.

Ana Paula Cardoso is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with over 25 years of immigration experience. She is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and a long-standing member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Ana Paula joined Professional Services Co. in 1993 and manages the affairs of the office. She offers quality professional service and knowledgeable advice on immigration matters specializing in Express Entry, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, temporary resident applications, LMIA and Family Class Sponsorship, Citizenship, PR Card Renewals, International Experience Canada visas and other immigration programs.
